- Co-ordinator/Treasurer reports to the Chairperson of the SI Jr Tide board, to ensure that budgets are established for each team and team managers adhere to these
- Update the board re: finances on a regular basis (weekly) during May, June, July
- Provide a budget tracking (excel) sheet for each team, which team managers can use to keep track of team spending, aggregate these documents into a concise overall program budget
- Work with the board and the team managers to ensure consistency of fees and expenses across all teams
- Create and manage an overall budget for the program, under the supervision of the SI Jr Tide Board
- Work with the Tide Board to ensure that deposits are made and bills are paid
- Ensure a modest ($500-$800) net operating surplus is achieved across the entire program
